Potted Chicken Liver Parfait (GFO, D, Su)

topped with a blood orange jelly, served with salad leaves & toasted sourdough

Tomato, Aubergine & Grilled Goats Cheese Tian (D, V, Su)

finished with balsamic reduction & olive oil
