Elements is well known for it’s stunning seasonal specials. The specials change regularly, but to give you an idea here are some of the delicious options we’ve had recently.

 

Starters

Venison Carpaccio, £12 (dairy, celery)

crushed pink peppercorn, rocket, chicory & parmesan crisp

Whisky & Beetroot Cured Sea Trout, £11 (dairy, sulphites, fish, gluten)

Electric Bakery rye bread, lemon cream, topped with Keta caviar

Poached John Dory, £12 (fish)

on an orange & fennel salad, with pomegranate & dill
Mains

Steak of the Day, £32 (dairy, sulphites)

Compound butter, house blushed tomatoes, seasoned fries, crispy onions, Caesar dressed rocket

Halibut Roulade, £35 (fish, crustaceans, dairy, sulphites, egg)

Rolled with prawn mousse, served with new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli & saffron cream sauce

Elements Classic Burger, £21  (gluten, dairy, sulphites)

6oz beef patty, mac sauce, Monterey jack cheese, baby gem & beef tomato, served with rosemary salted fries

Smoky Sole, £24 (fish, dairy, sulphites)

on a warm chorizo, spinach & butter bean stew
